In March 2026 ACE Inventor obtained KS C 8577 certification for building-integrated photovoltaic modules, under certificate number PV0726026. The certification completes the key milestone the company had been working towards since establishing its 50 MW production line in Hwaseong.

KS C 8577 is the Korean national standard for BIPV modules. Certification requires meeting all 22 quality tests set by the standard, covering output, insulation, environmental endurance and appearance, and is a prerequisite for public procurement and large domestic projects.

Building on the certification, the company plans to move into public procurement and to begin supplying domestic EPC contractors and installers in earnest. KS C 8561 certification for lightweight and FRP solar modules is now in progress, targeted for completion within 2026.
