On September 1, 2024 ACE Inventor was selected for the TIPS commercialization programme, which provides additional funding to TIPS companies for prototyping and market entry.

The company had been conducting R&D since its DeepTech-TIPS selection in 2023. This award secured the funding needed to turn those results into products and bring them to market.

TIPS commercialization funding is used to move R&D results into products. The company applied it to defining module specifications, certification testing and producing samples for early customers.

Two product lines were being prepared at this point: G2G structured BIPV modules and FRP-based ultra-lightweight modules. The former targeted the architectural cladding market, the latter ageing roofs with limited load capacity.
