On February 1, 2024 ACE Inventor was selected for the R&D programme of the Korea Center for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology (WISET), which supports the recruitment and deployment of research personnel.

Through the programme the company strengthened the research team responsible for solar cell materials and module development, part of its transition from a university laboratory to a corporate R&D organization.

The company's R&D is organized into materials synthesis, electrode coating, module lamination and reliability evaluation, each requiring specialist staff. This programme was used to strengthen the materials and evaluation functions.
