On June 5, 2024 ACE Inventor was selected for the Value-UP (ALL-SET) programme, which diagnoses the management and technical capabilities of growth-stage companies and supports the gaps identified.

The company used the programme to review the quality management systems and certification readiness required as it prepared for mass production. That work led on to ISO management system certification in 2025 and preparation for KS certification.

Moving into mass production requires more than product performance. Process control standards, inspection records and material traceability must be in place before certification and delivery inspection can be passed.

The company organized its quality documentation during this period, work that led to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification in April 2025 and KS C 8577 certification in March 2026.
