Selected for DIPS Technical Certification Support
ACE Inventor was selected on 29 June 2026 for the DIPS certification support programme, which covers the cost and procedure of obtaining domestic and overseas approvals.
Certification is the highest barrier in foreign markets. However good the product, a supplier without the relevant local approval is often not invited to quote — and the cost of obtaining one weighs heavily on an early-stage company.
Through the programme the company is pursuing TUV certification, with UL and IEC scheduled to follow. Japan, the United States and Europe are the principal targets.
Overseas approval connects directly to the plan for exports from 2027. In September 2026 the company was also selected for KEPCO's global demonstration support programme, building the demonstration record to go with it.
ACE Inventor Inc., founded in November 2022, develops ultra-lightweight building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) modules. Its core technologies are a water-based hydrogel electrolyte membrane, electrophoretic large-area flexible electrode coating, and ultra-lightweight curved module design using FRP and ETFE composites.
