ACE Inventor's Hwaseong plant entered formal operation in March 2025. Factory registration was completed on 24 March, and the glass-to-glass BIPV production line began running — roughly a year after the site was secured in April 2024.

Nominal capacity on an equipment basis is 50 MW a year. Actual operation, however, is moving from pilot to small-volume production, with the company targeting one to two megawatts in 2026.

The process is built around lamination, cutting and EL inspection, with output measurement carried out in cooperation with Chungbuk Technopark. Inspection is performed on every unit: micro-cracks in cells and ribbon detachment do not reveal themselves to the eye.

With the line standing, one task remained. KS C 8577 certification the following year carried the company over the threshold into public procurement and large private projects.
