Sookmyung Women’s University announced on June 4, 2026 that ACE Inventor had unveiled lightweight photovoltaic products using fiber-reinforced plastic, or FRP. Electronic Times reported the announcement.

The products included an FRP heating module for snowy or icy conditions and a vehicle-integrated photovoltaic, or VIPV, sunroof module. The heating design uses an internal film to raise surface temperature, while the vehicle module is intended to generate auxiliary power from exterior vehicle space.

The product range reflects efforts to expand solar applications through lightweight materials. Customers can contact the company to discuss application conditions and product-specific supply specifications.
