Strategic Export Partnership MOU with Korea Future Energy Targets the US and Singapore Markets
ACE Inventor signed a strategic partnership memorandum of understanding with Korea Future Energy Co., Ltd. on 16 October 2026 covering the export of lightweight solar modules. The agreement pairs the modules ACE Inventor manufactures with the export channels Korea Future Energy has secured in the United States and Singapore. Under the present agreement the two companies set a joint target of roughly USD 5 million in product supply and export. For ACE Inventor the agreement gives its overseas route a clearer shape. KS C 8577 certification for building-integrated modules and the KS C 8561 process for lightweight modules have been building the company's qualifications for the domestic market; this agreement connects that manufacturing capacity to demand abroad.
ACE Inventor Inc., founded in November 2022, develops ultra-lightweight building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) modules. Its core technologies are a water-based hydrogel electrolyte membrane, electrophoretic large-area flexible electrode coating, and ultra-lightweight curved module design using FRP and ETFE composites. The company operates a 50 MW annual production line in Paltan-myeon, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, and holds KS C 8577 BIPV module certification together with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Its patent portfolio includes seven registered Korean patents and one registered US patent, with 23 applications filed in Korea and abroad. Contact info@aceivt.com · www.aceivt.com
