ACE Inventor signed a co-development and business alliance agreement with iSolar Energy on 11 September 2026, covering the joint development of flexible roof and wall solar modules and cooperation on sales at home and abroad.

Responsibilities are clearly divided. ACE Inventor takes research and development, prototyping, volume production and product certification including KS; iSolar Energy leads on application structures, installation, sales and EPC. Development costs are shared equally, iSolar Energy holds first negotiation rights on sales, and the agreement includes business opportunity protection and runs for two years.

The structure lets a manufacturer reach the market through a partner with installation and EPC capability rather than building a sales network itself, leaving ACE Inventor free to concentrate on certification and production.

Three days later, on 14 September, the company received a draft supplementary agreement on KS certification and commercialization for lightweight modules — the step that gives shape to a domestic roof-market sales channel. An initial 30-megawatt project and an annual channel of 70 to 100 megawatts are under discussion, with pilot supply planned for the second half of 2026 and full operation from 2027.

ACE Inventor Inc., founded in November 2022, develops ultra-lightweight building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) modules. Its core technologies are a water-based hydrogel electrolyte membrane, electrophoretic large-area flexible electrode coating, and ultra-lightweight curved module design using FRP and ETFE composites.
