On November 1, 2023 ACE Inventor moved into the Industry Collaboration Center at Sookmyung Women's University, securing space for commercialization work close to the university's research infrastructure.

Solar cell materials and process development were carried out there. The company then expanded its footprint in stages, adding a cross-campus startup site in March 2024 and a factory in Hwaseong in April 2024.

The Industry Collaboration Center provides access to the university's analytical equipment and research personnel. There the company refined the formulation and coating conditions for its hydrogel electrolyte membranes and flexible electrode materials.

The company's facilities were subsequently divided by function. With the cross-campus startup site taking on module design and product planning in March 2024, and the Hwaseong factory taking on production from April 2024, a three-part structure of research, design and manufacturing was established.
