ACE Inventor completed a 50 MW annual BIPV module production line in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do. The 2,300 m² plant holds more than forty items of production and test equipment, including a solar simulator, climate chamber and UV-Vis spectrometer.

The process is fully in-house across ten steps: cell stringing, lamination, sealing, EL inspection, IV inspection and packaging. The line handles standard PV as well as G2G, G2B and lightweight modules, producing 100 W to 700 W-class modules using M10 and M12 cells.

Maximum module size is 1,314 × 2,424 mm, covering large formats that lightweight solar modules have struggled to reach. The line is designed to move flexibly between small custom runs and large-scale project volumes.
