On April 16, 2024 ACE Inventor secured a 2,300 m² factory in Seogeun-ri, Paltan-myeon, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, as its production base for building-integrated photovoltaic modules.

Securing the site was the precondition for moving from design and prototyping into mass production. Over the following year the company installed production equipment, completing a 50 MW annual BIPV module line in March 2025.

The facility comprises a 4,642 m² site with 1,700 m² of manufacturing space. The company laid out its process there in sequence, from cell stringing through lamination, sealing, EL inspection, IV inspection and packaging.

Securing the factory marked a turning point. Until then prototypes had been built in university laboratories and the collaboration center; from this point the company could produce production-specification modules on its own equipment. The plant is also the production base for the G2G BIPV module certified to KS C 8577 in 2026.
