ACE Inventor took a production site at 1337-29 Beodeul-ro, Paltan-myeon, Hwaseong on 16 April 2024 under a 36-month lease — a 4,642-square-metre plot carrying 1,700 square metres of manufacturing space and 144.2 square metres of ancillary building, at a site coverage ratio of 36.6 per cent.

The decision was to build rather than to subcontract. BIPV modules differ from building to building in dimension, colour and fixing method, which makes them awkward to hand to a contract manufacturer geared to standard parts. Designing to order and producing immediately meant owning the line.

The plant was then brought through the regulatory sequence. Hwaseong city approved the installation of manufacturing facilities on 28 August 2024, and factory registration was completed on 24 March 2025, classified under the manufacture of electric motors and generators.

Equipment centres on lamination machinery, a flat-bed cutter and EL inspection, with output measurement carried out in cooperation with Chungbuk Technopark. The G2G production line entered operation in March 2025.
