ACE Inventor was selected for the Value-UP (ALL-SET) programme on 5 June 2024, a scheme that diagnoses the managerial and technical capabilities of growth-stage companies and fills the gaps it finds.

What the company worked on was its quality system. Moving into volume production takes more than a product that performs: process control standards, inspection records and material traceability have to exist on paper before a certification audit or a delivery inspection can be passed.

The work is invisible but decisive for timing. Installing equipment first and tidying the documentation afterwards routinely pushes a certification audit back by a year.

The results showed the following year: ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 together in April 2025, and KS C 8577 in March 2026.

ACE Inventor Inc., founded in November 2022, develops ultra-lightweight building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) modules.
